CANCELLATIONS

If the client cancels the booking within two hours of the start date, or when the tutor/nanny arrives at the location, a minimum of 50% of the minimum booking rate will be deducted in compensation.

Confidentiality

1. Each party agrees to treat all and any case confidentially. 
2. QTFS does not give any warranty for the accuracy or truthfulness of any information or reference provided by the nanny/tutor.
3. The Client acknowledges the risks in a care providing services and therefore waives all rights to any claim for damages, of all QTFS and any person involved in services provided by QTFS.
4. QTFS does not accept any liability whatsoever for the loss, injury, damage, claims or expense of any description arising out of an introduction made by QTFS.
5. QTFS will not be liable for any direct indirect or consequential loss or damage rising in connection with use of the Website or the services provided by QTFS.
6. The Client agrees not to hold QTFS responsible or liable for any breach of these terms and conditions also for any claims or demand brought against QTFS by any third party arising out of the Client’s use of the Web Site and the services provided by QTFS including without limitation all claims, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs expenses including reasonable legal costs and expenses, suffered or incurred by QTFS.
